Role Summary

The Transaction Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of all real estate and business brokerage transactions. This individual will coordinate contracts from execution through closing, act as the central point of communication between clients, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and vendors, and manage the documentation and compliance process with precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple management styles, has exceptional organizational and detail-orientation skills, and takes pride in delivering a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

•    Manage all aspects of real estate and business brokerage transactions from contract to closing.
•    Prepare, review, and track transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations and company standards.
•    Serve as liaison between clients, brokers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
•    Maintain transaction checklists and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
•    Update clients and brokers regularly with transaction progress and key milestones.
•    Ensure all required signatures, disclosures, and documentation are complete.
•    Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing activities.
•    Maintain transaction records in CRM and filing systems.
•    Identify opportunities to improve transaction processes for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree preferred; real estate or business administration focus a plus.
•    Minimum 1–3 years of experience in transaction management, real estate coordination, or a similar role.
•    Pennsylvania real estate license (preferred but not required).
•    Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance, and escrow procedures.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and document management tools.
•    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
